Tubman University Expands Global Partnerships through Talks in Indianapolis

Harper, Liberia - William V. S. Tubman University is broadening its global outreach following a strategic meeting at the Sagamore Institute in Indianapolis, Indiana. The discussions focused on establishing academic collaborations with prominent U.S. institutions.
Participants included Dr. Milind Thakar and Dr. Jyotika Saksena from the University of Indianapolis, Dr. Eric Hubbard from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College, Dr. Teresa Lubbers of the Sagamore Institute, and Professor Cassius Dennis from Ivy Tech Community College. The meeting was coordinated by Mr. Donald Cassell, Senior Fellow at the Sagamore Institute, who had recently led a leadership workshop at Tubman University.
During the gathering, Dr. Olu Q. Menjay, President/CEO of Tubman University, received a copy of Workforce 2040: Pathways to Prosperity from the book's author, Jacob Baldwin.
"International-mindedness and global outreach are central to Tubman University's mission," said Dr. Menjay. "This meeting has opened new opportunities for impactful collaborations that will enrich the academic experiences of our students and faculty." Dr. Menjay also expressed gratitude to Mr. Cassell for organizing the productive event.
Tubman University is now developing joint programs inspired by the discussions, further advancing its commitment to academic excellence and innovative partnerships.
