Why Tubman
Tubman University welcomes students from across West Africa and beyond to study in Harper, on Liberia's south-eastern coast.
Teaching is in English. The University is a public institution, chartered by an Act of the Liberian Legislature in 2009 and accredited by Liberia's National Commission on Higher Education.
Six colleges offer undergraduate and graduate programmes in agriculture and food science, arts and sciences, business, engineering and technology, health sciences, and education.
Before you apply
All programmes are taught and examined in English, the official language of Liberia.

International tuition is US$ 25.00 per credit hour. Semester fees — registration, library, technology, athletics and activities — are charged at the same rate as for Liberian students. Dormitory accommodation is US$ 150.00 per semester.
Admitted international students receive an admission letter for use in their student visa application to the Republic of Liberia.

Complete the online application form and upload your supporting documents. The form accepts applicants from any country.
