    Our team supports students throughout the registration process, helping them manage course schedules, add or drop classes, and navigate the university’s registration system.

    The Registrar’s Office maintains all academic records, ensuring accuracy and privacy. Students can request official transcripts, view grades, and update personal information through our secure online portal.

  • Graduation Services

    We guide students through the graduation process, from applying for graduation to ensuring that all degree requirements are met.

  • Verification & Certification

    We provide enrollment verifications, degree certifications, and respond to third-party verification requests for student status and academic standing.

  • Transfer Credit Evaluation

    The Registrar evaluates transfer credits to ensure they align with university standards, helping students receive appropriate credit for their previous academic work.

Registration Process

  1. Pre-Registration Preparation
    • Academic Advising: Before registering, students are required to meet with their academic advisors to discuss their course selections for the upcoming semester. This ensures that they are on track to meet their degree requirements and maintain a balanced academic workload.

    • Clearing Holds: Students should ensure there are no holds on their accounts (such as financial, academic, readmission, or disciplinary holds) that could prevent them from registering. Holds can be cleared by contacting the relevant offices.

  2. Course Selection
    • Course Offerings: Review the course catalog or the online registration system to explore the available courses for the semester. The catalog includes information on course codes, schedules, credit hours, and prerequisites.

    • Creating a Schedule: After consulting with your advisor, create a schedule that balances core and elective courses. Be mindful of time conflicts and make sure to account for all required courses.

  3. Online Registration
    • Login: Access the university’s online student portal using your student credentials.

    • Select Courses: Use the course search function to find the courses discussed during advising. Add them to your registration cart.

    • Register for Classes: Once your course selection is complete, proceed to officially register. The system will prompt you to confirm your choices.

    • Drop/Add Period: Usually occurs in the second week instruction. This is to allow students to adjust their course schedules according to their wish.

  4. Confirmation of Enrollment
    • Enrollment Verification: After successful registration and payment, confirm your enrollment through the student portal. You will receive an official confirmation of your registered courses and payment status.

  5. Late Registration and Withdrawal
    • Late Registration: If you miss the regular registration period, you may still register during the late registration period, though late fees may apply.

    • Withdrawal from Courses: a students may withdraw from a course after the add/drop period, but they should be aware of the withdrawal deadlines (before midterm)
