We focus on stewarding and enhancing the university's finances, facilities, human resources, and procurement processes.

This department is responsible for designing and implementing strategies to plan and deliver administrative services across the university effectively.
The Department of Information Technology drives the university's vision for ICT (Information and Communication Technology). It is responsible for monitoring the University's ICT system to ensure effective service delivery to different sectors of the campus.
This department ensures effective budgeting, planning, collection, disbursement, and investment of the university's revenue and expenses. It also provides financial analysis and services to support the university's students, faculty, staff, alumni, and external partners.
The Department of Human Resources partners with colleges and divisions to meet our university community's human resource needs and strategic goals. It is dedicated to attracting, developing, and retaining an exceptional workforce. It promotes a culture of inclusion and belonging, provides valued benefits and compensation programs, fosters personal and professional development, and ensures compliance with human resource policies, regulations, and laws.
The Procurement Department aims to promptly satisfy the university's requirements for goods and services at the best value and lowest practicable cost. Their processes and practices adhere to the Public Procurement and Concessions Commission Law and Regulations.
The Auxiliary Enterprise System generates revenue to supplement the Government of Liberia appropriations. It provides leadership and direction for all entrepreneurial revenue-generating activities within the university.
