Dining at TU

Food Service

Tubman University’s food service operations cater to the diverse dietary needs of its campus community, which includes students, faculty, staff, and visitors. The University operates a central cafeteria as the primary dining facility under the auspices of the Auxiliary Enterprise System, with a diverse menu that includes both Liberian and international cuisine.

The cafeteria serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, focusing on nutritional balance and affordability. In between meals, we offer a variety of snacks and light meals to cater to patrons who may need a quick bite or refreshment throughout the day. Options include sandwiches, wraps, salads, fresh fruits, pastries, and baked goods. Beverages include coffee, tea, fresh juices, smoothies, and a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Our early evenings to late nights are designed for leisure, providing a bustling social hub and a menu of "hotties" such as savory goat soups, grilled chicken, fish, and meat, crispy fries, and more, ideal for winding down the day. The atmosphere comes alive with soul-lifting music across genres and generations, as well as live bands and karaoke; special events such as Wednesday's Ladies Night and Friday Night Special provide an extra layer of excitement. Overall, the cafeteria is more than simply a place to eat and drink; it's a melting pot where students, faculty, staff, and visitors can relax and share food, laughter, and memories.

Catering and Special Services

The University’s food service operations offer both on-campus and off-campus catering services and group dining options, providing customizable menus tailored to suit different occasions. Additionally, we offer meal plans integrated with delivery on-campus delivery services, which allow students, staff, and faculty to pay upfront weekly or monthly for meals, or post-paid plans that offer flexibility for those who prefer to settle their bills monthly.
