Dr. Olu Q. Menjay, President and CEO of Tubman University, along with a delegation of three individuals, is currently in South Africa at the University of Johannesburg, engaging with the institution's Global Office and Faculty of Engineering. The discussions have centered on exploring opportunities for collaboration between the two universities, with a focus on academic and research partnerships.

In a statement, the Vice Chancellor and Principal of the University of Johannesburg expressed optimism about future cooperation, saying, "Our discussions explored exciting opportunities for collaborations, including student mobility and staff exchanges, with a strong focus on engineering. We look forward to the possibilities ahead."

Dr. Menjay echoed this sentiment, emphasizing the importance of global partnerships for Tubman University's growth. "At Tubman University, we are committed to building meaningful international collaborations that will benefit our students, faculty, and the broader Liberian society. This partnership with the University of Johannesburg opens doors for knowledge exchange and cutting-edge research in engineering and beyond," he stated.
