Harper, Maryland County - June 21, 2025 - Mercy B. Juah, a graduate of William V. S. Tubman University (TU), has earned a Master's degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from Cuttington University School of Graduate and Professional Studies.

Mercy previously obtained her Bachelor's degree (cum laude) in Early Childhood Development from TU in 2023. Her academic excellence led her to pursue advanced studies, focusing her thesis on "An Analysis of Class-Size Implication on Classroom Management and Instruction."

Her graduate education was made possible through the generous sponsorship of Dr. Mydea Ellen White, a supporter of education in Liberia. The opportunity was facilitated by Dr. Olu Q. Menjay, President of TU, whose advocacy helped secure the scholarship.

Dr. Menjay congratulated Mercy, stating:
"We are proud of Mercy's accomplishment. Her graduation reflects our vision at Tubman University--to empower students through academic excellence and strategic support. We thank Dr. White for helping make this journey possible." In an interview with TU Times Dr. White said, "supporting Mercy was an honor. Her determination and commitment to education give hope to the future of Liberia's schools."

Reflecting on her journey, Mercy said, "today is a dream come true. I am grateful to TU for building my academic foundation and to Dr. White for her unwavering support. This achievement belongs not just to me but to everyone who invested in my future."

As TU continues to build global partnerships and invest in student success under Dr. Menjay's leadership, Mercy's story stands as a shining example of how good leadership, national and international collaborations, and personal resilience can transform lives and communities.
